Do you have to wait a long time before you can drive on it, or is it something that you can do right away? In general, the recommendation here is to give it around 5 days, just to be safe. This is to ensure that the pattern doesn’t get disrupted, which is obviously important if you want it to look its best.
In the meantime, however, you can walk on imprinted concrete after 48 hours or so, so walking is okay before you can drive on it.
